An RSS feed (or news feed) is a means by which you can stay informed about what's going on at South Wales Gay Men's Chorus without having to regularly visit the website.
To make use of an RSS feed, you need some "feed reader" (or "aggregator") software. Most modern web browsers have feed readers built in.
The RSS feeds for South Wales Gay Men's Chorus are listed below...
Our name has a great reputation and long-standing legacy in South Wales
and beyond but we’re much more inclusive than it suggests. Though our
members are largely gay men, we have had the pleasure, currently, and
in the past, to be joined by trans, non-binary, bi and straight members.
We are a LGBTQ+ inclusive choir that sings in the tenor, baritone and
bass register. If you’re happy to sing with us, then we’ll welcome you
regardless of your sexual orientation or gender identity!
We hold new member evenings a couple of times each year. However,
you don’t have wait until they are held, so if you want to give us a try (and
it’s free for your first month!), come along at any time. Email GayChorus@Gmail.com so a committee member can welcome you on
your first evening.
We are a non-auditioning choir with a wide repertoire from camp classics, pop to classical and everything in between.
Chris Fossey, our Musical Director, takes us through warm-ups and vocal exercises every week and will be happy to chat with you and answer any questions or worries you have about joining us, so if you fancy giving it a try, why not come along.
We arrange an exciting programme of activities throughout the
year such as performing and producing our own concerts, singing
with other choirs, marching and singing at Pride events, cabaret
evenings, the occasional private booking, fundraising events and
singing at LGBTQ+ choral festivals such as Hand in Hand and
Various Voices held in the UK and abroad.
